We are led by our founder Steven G. Cosby, President and CEO.  Cosby has more than two decades of experience in the employer health benefits industry.  His expertise in underwriting, pricing, and funding arrangements offers informed guidance to our individual and business clients.

Cosby brings comprehensive knowledge of healthcare to our clients.  He is a graduate from Virginia Tech with B.S. degrees in economics and corporate finance.  Cosby received his Masters degree from The George Washington University in Health Services Management and Policy (MHSA).  His education is complemented by 13 years of work experience at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and 8 years of employment with The Prudential and other prestigious financial firms.
