Halbig Decision Puts Obamacare Back on the Front Burner and Will Give Republicans a Huge Political Headache
While policy wonks like Robert Laszewski strategize about the doom of the Court of Appeals rulings (DC & VA) the best fix is to offer these subsidies outside the exchanges so no one loses. In fact, consumers would gain by greater choice.
I am usually a big supporter of Dr. Laszewski, this time he omits the obvious solution.
