Healthcare Reform: Affordable Care Act (ACA)

Beginning with the Flexner Report published in 1910 to the recent ACA healthcare reform with President Obama signing one of the most sweeping social legislation on March 23, 2010; H.R. 3590, the Manager’s Amendment S.A. 3276 also enacted on March 23, 2010 and then the House passed its bill H.R. 4872 Health Care and Education Tax Credit Reconciliation Act of 2010 and it was signed by the President on March 30, 2010.
